Observance of silence during breaks and meals is one of the rules in force throughout the retreat of inner healing and renewal of faith.
The retreat is residential in nature; therefore, participation in selected individual sessions only is not permitted.
External participation is possible, with accommodation and meals arranged independently. This form of attendance requires payment of the mission contribution for East Africa and, where applicable, an additional fee for the use of the retreat house facilities, as determined by the retreat centre.
The retreat follows a defined programme and structure; participants are therefore obliged to attend all scheduled sessions.
Persons requiring individual care (e.g. the seriously ill) may attend the retreat only if accompanied by a personal carer.
Participants are required to comply with the regulations of the retreat house.
Children and young people under the age of 18 are exempt from the mission contribution.
Organised childcare is not provided. Children usually remain in the conference hall together with their parents/guardians.
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the mission contribution deposit or full payment of the retreat fee. Failure to make payment within three (3) working days of registration may result in cancellation of the booking.
Purpose of the deposit: 100% of the mission contribution deposit (PLN 110 or more, if the participant chooses a higher amount) is allocated to missions in East Africa. It is not considered a payment towards the Foundation’s activities in Poland.
Registration deadlines: online registration is open until seven (7) days prior to the start of the retreat, subject to earlier closure for organisational reasons.
Amendments and refunds:
The deposit is non-refundable. One change of date is permitted up to 14 days before the start of the retreat without loss of the deposit.
In the event of cancellation by the organiser, a full refund will be issued or the payment may be transferred to another retreat date.
Changes to the booking package (e.g. room type) are possible subject to availability.
