About the Foundation

The Fr. J. K. Bill Foundation e.V. coordinates Father Bill’s retreats worldwide. It was established in Germany on 8 March 2006 as a charitable organisation supporting the missionary and evangelistic work of the late Father J. K. Bill VC and his associates.

The Foundation is registered in Munich and works with missionaries from the Congregation of the Vincentian Fathers, who continue the mission initiated by Father Bill.

Its primary purpose is to help the poorest and support the proclamation of the Gospel, particularly in East African countries, where missionaries serve people affected by poverty, illness, and social exclusion.

Mission

“Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” — Matthew 25:40

The Foundation’s mission is to:

  • spread the Good News among the poorest,
  • support the spiritual and personal development of those in need,
  • provide practical assistance wherever it is needed most.

Every donation made to the Foundation helps people living in difficult circumstances experience love, care, and hope.

Our Activities

The Foundation supports, among other things:

  • the organisation of retreats and evangelistic missions,
  • assistance for people who are poor or ill,
  • the development of Christian communities in mission countries,
  • initiatives promoting spiritual and social healing.

Continuing Father Bill’s Mission

Following many years of ministry by the late Father J. K. Bill VC, his work is now being continued by other missionaries, including Father Antony Saji VC, who carry out evangelistic work in the spirit of the same mission and calling.
