Prices and accommodation

  • Rooms: single, twin and triple rooms, all with private bathrooms.
  • Types of retreat participation:
    • Full participation (with accommodation and meals)
    • External participation (without accommodation, with the option to purchase meals)
  • The price includes:
    • Accommodation (full participation only)
    • Meals (full participation only)
    • A PLN 120 deposit/contribution (100% donated to missions in East Africa)
    • A PLN 20 administration fee
  • Full participation – adults:
    • Single room: PLN 1,300
    • Twin or triple room: PLN 1,200
  • Full participation – children and young people under 18:
    • Single room: PLN 1,180
    • Twin or triple room: PLN 1,080
  • External participation:
    • PLN 140 (PLN 120 deposit/contribution + PLN 20 administration fee)
  • Meal prices (for external participants or additional meals):
    • Breakfast: PLN 30
    • Lunch: PLN 50
    • Dinner: PLN 30

Registration and payment

  • Online registration is available until 7 days before the retreat begins. Places are limited, so we encourage you to register early.
  • Registration is confirmed once the deposit/contribution of at least PLN 120 has been paid. 100% of the deposit is donated to missions in East Africa.
  • You can pay the full amount now (including the PLN 120 deposit) or pay only the deposit.
  • Payment methods:
    • Instant online payment
    • Traditional bank transfer to the Foundation’s account (details below)

On-site registration

  • Participant registration at the retreat centre: 23 November 2025 from 4:00 PM.
  • Please note: this is for collecting materials and checking in; online registration closes 7 days earlier.
